APPROVED	The Board approved Proclamation No. 2012-48 proclaiming Thursday, May 3, 2012 as the National Day of Prayer in Lake County.
DISCUSSION	Tab 1. Budget Workshop to discuss Fiscal Year 2013 budget. The Board reached a consensus to send a letter to the Constitutional Officers and outside agencies urging them to reduce their budgets by five percent to help maintain the reserves balance. The Board also set a tentative date of June 26, 2012 for the next Budget Workshop.
