Discussion was resumed on the final drawings and contract documents of the new Lake County Courthouse. Mr. Ford, County Attorney, stated that he would like to have an opportunity to confer with the Architect regarding certain items in the specifications to bidders. Discussion was held.

On a motion by Commr. Carson, seconded by Commr. Deems and carried unanimously, the Board established June 3, 1975 at 4:00 p.m. to receive and open bids from contractors on the new Lake County Courthouse Project and stated that this notice to bidders should be advertised in the appropriate papers and literature known to the trade to obtain the widest circulation of this project as possible.
