The Lake County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) met on Tuesday,
March 13, 2007, at 8:30 a.m., in the Board of County Commissioners’ Meeting Room,
Commr. Cadwell called the meeting to order, and it was noted
that a quorum was present. He asked
Frank Royce, Chief Deputy, Lake County Property Appraiser’s Office, to submit
detailed information, as noted on the agenda, pertaining to the certificates
and Notice of Tax Impact for VAB approval.
CERITIFICATES
AND NOTICE OF IMPACT – VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD
On
a motion by Commr. Stivender, seconded by Commr. Renick and carried unanimously
by a 4-0 vote, the VAB approved the following:
Certificate
of Value Adjustment Board for real property in the amount of $17,588,484,301
for the 2006 Tax Roll;
Certificate
of Value Adjustment Board for tangible personal property in the amount of
$1,339,895,446 for the 2006 Tax Roll; and
Notice
of Tax Impact of Value Adjustment Board for the County of
MINUTES
On a motion by Commr. Stivender,
seconded by Commr. Renick and carried unanimously by a 4-0 vote, the VAB
approved the Minutes of March 13, 2007, subject to final review by the
RECESS
On a motion by Commr. Stivender,
seconded by Commr. Renick and carried unanimously by a 4-0 vote, the VAB
approved to recess the VAB until further notice.
The
meeting was adjourned at 8:33 a.m.
