A motion was made by Commr. Babb, seconded by Commr. Livingston approving the right of way contract for that portion of Section 11100, SR 19, extending from a point in Section 2, Twp. 19 South, Range 26 East in Eustis Northerly to the South City Limits of Umatilla and adopting a resolution agreeing to furnish the necessary rights of way, borrow pits, and easements for said portion of said road and authorizing the County Attorney to proceed with condemnation proceedings.

The motion was concurred in by the Chairman, and Commr. Cowart voted “Nay” for the reason that he feels SR 50 should have priority over this portion of SR 19.

The Right of Way Agent presented a letter to Frank W. Parks agreeing to install two approaches on SR S-474 (Green Swamp Road) in exchange for 8.65 acres of right of way, in accordance with the map attached to the letter.  Same was approved on a motion by Commr. Babb, seconded by Commr. Livingston and carried.

There being no further business to bring before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 10:10 A.M.
