A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

PROPERTY APPRAISAL ADJUSTMENT BOARD

October 2, 1984

The Property Appraisal Adjustment Board met on Tuesday, October 2, 1984, at 8:55 a.m. in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, Lake County Courthouse, Tavares, Florida. Members present were: Commr. Glenn C. Burhans, Chairman: Commr. Thomas J. Windram; and Commr. Claude E. Smoak, Jr. Also present was Robin R. York, Secretary.

PROPERTY APPRAISER/MINUTES

On a motion by Commr. Windram, seconded by Commr. Smoak and carried unanimously, the Board approved the Minutes of the Property Appraisal Adjustment Board Meeting, September 25, 1984.

PROPERTY APPRAISER/RECORD OF DECISION

On a motion by Commr. Smoak, seconded by Commr. Windram and carroed unanimously, the Board authorized the signature of the

Chairman for the Records of Decision and Notice of the Property Appraisal Adjustment Board.

PROPERTY APPRAISER/TAX IMPACT

On a motion by Commr. Windram, seconded by Commr. Smoak and carried unanimously, the Board approved the Notice of Tax Impact of Property Appraisal Adjustment Board be placed in the Sentinel Star, Lake Little Sentinel.

There being no further business to be brought to the attention of the Board, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 a.m.
