A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

SEPTEMBER 30, 1987

The Lake County Board of County Commissioners met in special session on Wednesday, September 30, 1987, at l0:15 a.m., in the Board of County Commissioner's Meeting Room, Lake County Courthouse, Tavares, Florida. Commissioners present at the meeting were: Thomas J. Windram, Chairman; James R. Carson, Jr.; and C. A. "Lex" Deems. Others present were: Michael C. Willett, County Administrator: Christopher C. Ford, County Attorney; and Toni M. Austin, Deputy Clerk.

LICENSES AND PERMITS

At this time the Board considered applications for new gun permits and bonds, which were postponed from the September 22, 1987, meeting, due to rap sheets.

On a motion by Commr. Carson, seconded by Commr. Deems and carried unanimously, the Board approved the new gun permits and bonds for Raymond I. Latham, James C. Harris, III, and Helen P. Pinkney.

On a motion by Commr. Carson, seconded by Commr. Deems and carried unanimously, the Board approved the new gun permit and bond for Henry R. Jamison.

On a motion by Commr. Carson, seconded by Commr. Deems and carried unanimously, the Board approved the new gun permits and bonds for Edward Bergman, Jr., Guy M. Grayford, and Glenn W. Phillip.

On a motion by Commr. Carson, seconded by Commr. Deems and carried unanimously, the Board approved the following:
