The Lake County Value Adjustment Board met in regular session on Tuesday, October 10, 2000, at 8:45 a.m., in the Board of County Commissioner's Meeting Room, Lake County Administration Building, Tavares, Florida. Commissioners present at the meeting were: Welton G. Cadwell , Chairman; and Robert A. Pool. Lake County School Board members present at the meeting were: Phyllis Patten and Gerald Smith. Others present were: Sanford A. Minkoff, County Attorney; Frank Royce, Chief Deputy, Property Appraiser's Office; and Toni M. Riggs, Deputy Clerk.

NOTICE OF TAX IMPACT

On a motion by Commr. Pool, seconded by Mr. Smith and carried unanimously by a 4-0 vote, the VAB approved the Certificate of Value Adjustment Board and approved to advertise the Notice of Tax Impact of Value Adjustment Board.

MINUTES

On a motion by Ms. Patten, seconded by Mr. Smith and carried unanimously by a 4-0 vote, the VAB approved the Minutes of August 27, 2000 and August 28, 2000 subject to final review and approval by the Property Appraiser and County Attorney.

MEETINGS

Commr. Cadwell announced that the VAB would recess until further notice.
