Clerk Finance

The Clerk Finance division provides all accounting functions, i.e., payables, receivables, payroll, investments and cash management, for the Clerk. The division provides the Clerk with reasonable assurance that assets are safeguarded against loss from unauthorized use or disposition, and that all transactions are properly recorded to permit the preparation of audited financial statements.

Items of interest to the public may include:

• Payments to jurors
• Unidentified payments
• Dishonored checks
• Payments made to vendors and other agencies
