The Lake County Value Adjustment Board will meet on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in the Board Chambers of the Lake County Administration building, located at 315 W. Main St., Tavares, Florida, to address the recommendations of the Special Magistrate for Classification petitions. Learn more.
The Special Magistrates appointed by the Value Adjustment Board will conduct hearings on petitions filed for valuation of real property and tangible personal property. The following hearing dates are scheduled for the 2024 tax year.
