County Finance

The County Finance Department is made up of three divisions providing financial and accounting services to various Lake County Government agencies.

Board Accounting division provides financial and accounting services to the Board of County Commissioners, County Manager and Department Directors.
Board Support division provides/produces accurate, concise minutes of the Board of County Commissioners' meetings and related committees
Clerk Finance division provides all accounting functions, i.e., payables, receivables, payroll, investments and maintenance, for the Clerk.

Value Adjustment Board - Notice of Public Hearings

The Special Magistrates appointed by the Value Adjustment Board will conduct hearings on petitions filed for valuation of real property and tangible personal property. The following hearing dates are scheduled for the 2024 tax year.
