County Finance

The County Finance Department is made up of three divisions providing financial and accounting services to various Lake County Government agencies.

  • Board Accounting division provides financial and accounting services to the Board of County Commissioners, County Manager and Department Directors.
  • Board Support division provides/produces accurate, concise minutes of the Board of County Commissioners' meetings and related committees
  • Clerk Finance division provides all accounting functions, i.e., payables, receivables, payroll, investments and maintenance, for the Clerk.

Operation Green Light nets over $69,000 in outstanding fees and fines

The Lake County Clerk's Office provided assistance in 475 outstanding cases during their recently-held Operation Green Light event. Proceeds from the event totaled $69,900, helping to recover lost revenue for both state and local government agencies.

Florida Court's E-Filing Portal System Maintenance

The Florida Court’s E-Filing Portal will be intermittently unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 20 from midnight to 4 a.m. Services impacted include online payments for child support, ordering official records, statewide court case searches, and electronic filing of court documents.
